I produce all of my artwork from my home studio in OKC.

My artwork reflects my desire to continually challenge myself and to grow through experimentation. Each piece is unique in form, texture and color, and each piece represents the next step in my journey. Wet clay can take on any form the mind can conceive, and I feel I’ve barely begun to discover the spectrum of creative possibilities available to me.
All my pieces are thrown on the wheel. The symmetry and balance inherent in this method is the basis of every piece I make.
Many of these pieces are built from multiple wheel-thrown forms. This method presents many challenges mostly related to moisture control and stiffness of the clay. The knowledge I have gained has come through experimentation, failure, frustration and triumph.
